Wherever your story takes you, I’m always ready to follow with camera in hand. As the wife of a pilot, travel has become second nature, and I’m well-versed in journeys across the USA, Europe, and beyond. For full sessions, I typically will send my clients 30+ digital images; Weddings vary depending upon which package you choose... mini-sessions will contain a limited number of images that will be specified with each offering.
If you don't know where to start, neutral colors are usually a great option and easy go to! Depending on the location of your shoot, you can also google color palettes for your desired location and season... Rule number 1: Don't wear anything that makes you uncomfortable!
Sometime in the first 2-3 weeks is a great time to do your newborn session; however, if there are any reasons at all that this does not work for mommy, baby, or other family reasons, don't stress! We can capture beautiful images of baby and the whole family no matter the timing.
I try very hard to watch the weather trends as your session date nears; we are treated with very sunny weather in our area, but in the event that bad weather is coming, I will do my best to find an alternate time so that we can still complete your session close to your desired date in better weather.
I’m forever chasing the in-between moments—the laughter that spills out unplanned, the quiet glances that say everything. I see beauty in earthy tones and bright shifting light, in the mystery of a moody autumn morning and the glow of a golden summer day. To me, photography is less about posing and more about feeling—an art form guided by heart, vision, and the stories, people, and places we hold close to our hearts.
Whenever possible, get in touch as soon as you can! We will work together to plan some approximate dates; I know that with pregnancy and newborns challenges can arise and timing can change. However, I will make sure I have some calendar dates set aside to plan for these sessions with as much flexibilty as possible.
